You may have noticed that there are several DVD to iPod converters on the market that claim to do more than most. If all you want to be doing is loading DVD to iPod, then they will all meet your requirement.
If however you want to do more than just loading DVD to iPod then I suggest you look for a converter that has more capabilities. There are a few DVD to iPod converters that are capable of converting many different video formats.
With this in mind you have to wonder if it’s worthwhile buying a converter that loads DVDs only. Just bare in mind that if you’ve got a small DVD collection you’re not going to be loading many DVDs to your iPod.
There are many sites out there where you can watch TV sitcoms for free. Video blog sites such as Youtube have thousands of video clips that you could watch on your iPod, but you will need a converter that is capable of converting other formats such as AVI and MPEG since you’re iPod won’t recognize these formats.
Of course if loading DVD to iPod seems too troublesome for you, you could always download videos that are iPod ready from membership sites.
